We are PRISONER coaches,consultants and advocates. We are not Prison Coaches as you so often hear about.  Prisons do not need coaches, consultants or advocates. They have enough. They have the entire system. It is you, the PRISONER, that needs us, your dedicated coach, consultant and advocate.  We are not lawyers and we do not give legal advice; but we are:

 

The one you can turn to when the courts, the prosecutor and your lawyer have said “goodbye.” No matter how daunting the arrest and defense was, that limited period of time, is actually short and regulated, compared to most all prison sentences and prison experiences. Prison are controlled by a separate independent agency, that is not judicial and actually controls far more impact over you that anything heretofore experienced. Even additional sentencing, loss of good time and punishment are all with the exclusive control of the prison.

 

You are starting a journey that is at best unpredictable, intimidating, scary and confusing.

 

However, your journey does not have to be alone and does not have to be out of control. The prisons do not offer counselors or advice. Your periodic review with an “Offender Rehabilitation Coordinator“ provides no comfort or guidance. Traditionally referred to as “counsellors” their efforts are at best administrative information and,at worst, even more confusing than when you started. Make no mistake: you are alone.

 

Lawyers are not trained or experienced in this administrative and logistical maze of options, roadblocks and paths. Their obligation, education and experience is focused on judiciary  defense.
